Returns

Returns are product-specific. Each product page will clearly mention whether the item is returnable or not. If return is allowed for your product, please ensure the item is in unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.

Return Eligibility

  • The item must be eligible for return as per the product page details
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition
  • Original packaging, labels, and accessories must be intact
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products marked as "Non-Returnable" on their product page
  • Opened, used, damaged, or tampered products
  • Customized and made-to-order items
  • Consumables and hygiene-related products (if applicable)
  • Items purchased under special deals or clearance sales

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed for dispatch. Once the order is shipped, cancellation will not be possible. You may check the order status in your account or via the tracking link.

How to Cancel

To request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact our support team with your order number. If the order has already been shipped, you may need to wait to receive it and follow the return process (if applicable).

Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
